  1. The more you will think about food the more it will be on your mouth.Pick up 3 rescue subjects that are not related in anyway to food,at the moment you have a thought about food or having food,move your thoughts to the selected subjects.

  2. Improve the ration between the size of the meal to the number of meals. the smaller the ratio is the better you are.

  3. Temptations are meant to tempt. Avoid getting them into your home.

  4. Once you have been tempted,go with it otherwise later you will have the double amount than what you wanted in the beginning.

  5. Prepare you food courses prematurely in order to eat in a calm manner rather to grab some food before the meal is ready.

  6. Never get bored,develop a hobby/hobbies,friends,books,sports

  7. Love yourself, you are a god creation and if you love yourself,god will love you also.

  8. Eat up to 3 hours before going to sleep.

  9. Avoid counting calories,the more you will count the less you will enjoy the food ,the more food you will have.
